CHARLOTTE, NC, UNITED STATES, June 9, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Jennifer Payeur, holistic health innovator and founder of Nature Provides and the Divine Health Alliance wellness clinic, has won a major international accolade for her documentary: Nature Provides: The Ancient Wisdom of Plant Stem Cells, at the Alpine International Film Festival in Bern, Switzerland.

The film (available here) introduces the world to Jenn Payeur’s inspiring journey from recurring breast cancer incidents to a life transformed by an ancient plant-based remedy, gaining even more recognition on the international festival circuit.

The Alpine win for Best Feature Documentary adds to a growing list of honors for the film, which has earned Award Winner recognition at: The Accolade Global Film Competition, The Higher Realm Film Festival, Documentaries Without Borders International Film Festival, Cannes World Film Festival, and Dreamz Catcher International Film Festival, along with nominations at the LA Independent Women Film Awards, Montreal Women Film Festival, Cannes World Film Festival, and Chicago Women Film Fest.

It has also been chosen as an Official Selection to be shown at the Meliora International Film Festival, in New York City; The Awareness Festival in LA; the Cinehealth International Health and Wellness Film Festival, and the prestigious Web Series Festival in Hollywood.

"This film exists because Jenn Payeur was willing to share the most vulnerable and transformative chapter of her life," said producer Mary Agnes Antonopoulos. "Every award it receives is a profound recognition of her courage, the science that empowered her health journey, and her astonishing next step to bring plant stem cells to the world.”

Nature Provides follows Jenn Payeur through her experience with breast cancer that returned despite conventional treatment. That changed when she was introduced to Gemmotherapy, a little-known practice rooted in the use of embryonic plant stem cells, harvested from the buds of plants grown in the Italian Alps. The film travels to Italy to document the harvest and creation process at the Forza Vitale Laboratory, and features Joseph Cannillo, BSc, MS, PhD, DC, the laboratory's founder and one of the world's leading scientists in plant stem cell research, alongside physicians from around the world who incorporate plant stem cells into their practices.

Woven throughout the film is a real-time experiment conducted by director Isabelle Courtney Weissman, who documented her own seven-month personal trial using plant stem cells to address a pre-existing diagnosis of PCOS and severe hormonal imbalance. Her lab results, captured on camera, form one of the film's most compelling and personal threads.

Compelled to bring gemmotherapy to a larger audience, Jennifer Payeur developed her expertise in plant stem cell therapy under the mentorship of Dr. Cannillo, and created Nature-Provides, a product line and brand available to both practitioners and consumers.

About Jennifer O'Brien Payeur: Jenn Payeur is a holistic health innovator, leading expert in concentrated embryonic plant stem cell remedies, and founder of Nature Provides and the Divine Health Alliance wellness clinic in Weddington, NC. She developed her expertise in plant stem cell therapy under the direct mentorship of Dr. Joseph Cannillo, BSc, MS, PhD, DC, and created Nature Provides, a product line and brand now available to both practitioners and consumers worldwide.

Payeur is also the author of the acclaimed bestselling book, Ancient Plant Wisdom: How to Improve and Maintain Your Health Using Concentrated Plant Stem Cell Remedies, recently featured in the Townsend Letter for its clinical nuances (including her distinction between detoxification and drainage and her caution that removing toxins without properly opening the body's elimination pathways can be counterproductive).
